The 15th IDPASC Summer School is not just about learning—it’s also about building
connections and enjoying a unique cultural experience. To foster camaraderie and provide a break from the intensive academic schedule, we have planned several engaging social events.
Planned Events
● Welcome Reception
Kick off the school with a relaxed evening of introductions, refreshments, and networking. A perfect opportunity to meet fellow participants and lecturers.
● Cultural Excursion
Explore the local area using the suggestions in theTouristic Guide.
Experience the culture, history, and beauty of Natal.
● Networking Dinner
Join us for an informal dinner, where participants and lecturers can
exchange ideas and connect in a casual setting.
Additional Opportunities
● Informal meetups at local cafes and restaurants.
● Optional weekend activities for those extending their stay, such as visits to Ponta Negra with its iconic Morro do Careca, the Genipabu Dunes for buggy rides, the natural pools of Camurupim and Maracajaú, the historic visit to Forte dos Reis Magos, the beauty of Pipa Beach with its cliffs and dolphins, and the experience of local cuisine, such as carne de sol and ginga with tapioca.
Participation in social events is included in the registration fee (unless specified otherwise).
Details and sign-up options will be shared closer to the event date.
We look forward to making your time at the school not only academically enriching but also personally rewarding!
