Welcome to the 15th IDPASC Summer School
We are delighted to announce the 15th edition of the International Doctorate Network in Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology (IDPASC) Summer School, a flagship event dedicated to training the next generation of scientists in the cutting-edge fields of Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology.
Since its inception, the IDPASC network has fostered interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing, building a global community of researchers who tackle some of the universe's most profound questions. This year, we celebrate the school’s 15th anniversary, continuing our tradition of excellence and innovation.
The 15th IDPASC Summer School will take place in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil), organized by CBPF, SPRACE, and UFRN, with support from the IDPASC network and the Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP), Portugal. The event brings together world-renowned experts and motivated participants in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
Through a blend of lectures, hands-on sessions, and interactive discussions, this year's school will provide participants with an unparalleled opportunity to:
● Explore foundational and advanced topics across Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology.
● Address open questions such as Dark Matter, physics beyond the Standard Model, and multi-messenger astrophysics.
● Gain practical skills through specialized sessions, including the application of machine learning to PASC challenges.
We look forward to welcoming you to this landmark event, where science, learning, and collaboration converge to shape the future of these dynamic fields.
